Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the SIMPL Admin site.

  2. Click the  button in the upper right.  A page titled “Personal Information” will appear.
  3. Add the attending’s first name, last name, and gender. Select “Attending” for the “Role” dropdown. Select the appropriate program to which the person should be affiliated from the “Program” dropdown. Add the attending’s NPI*, a username and their email address.
  4. Click  the “Add User” button at the bottom of the page.  Once you click “Add User” an email is generated from the SIMPL system to that attending prompting them to create a password and guiding them to install and  log into it their SIMPL app on their phone.

    *To enter the NPI first, click the “Apply” button, type the NPI in the pop-up window and click the “Verify” button. If you receive a message indicating that someone else in SIMPL is already using that NPI please contact to resolve the issue.
